Beeple is a SaaS scale-up founded in 2016 to make flex staff scheduling realtime, efficient and people-oriented. Since then, Beeple is active around the world and available in multiple languages. From English, Dutch and Spanish to German, Traditional Chinese and Arabic. We are still looking to grow faster than ever with a global aspiration.

Your role

We’re looking for an ambitious, precise and business-oriented accountant to help shape the future of Beeple, so if you want to see your efforts make an immediate impact then this role is for you and we love to hear from you.

What we expect from you

You would perfectly fit into our team, with following qualifications:

• You love to book sales and purchase invoices
• You know that Coda and Soda are not our pets, or you promise to learn about it.
• You keep up with expense reports and update our holding account
• We love someone with high energy and positive attitude
• Multi-lingual: fluent in Dutch and English (FR is a plus)
• Ability to explain finance clearly
• Understanding of finance in a scale up, you are interested in SaaS
• Can do attitude: see solutions, not problems
• Self-starter: love to have freedom and take ownership

Key responsibilities

• You love to do the invoicing to clients
• You are always on top with debtormanagement, no way a client get's away with not paying the invoices
• You are in charge of de supplier invoice input, first line checking & preparation of payments
• You do the preparation of the month end closing in collaboration with the finance lead
• You love the mailboxes collections@ and invoices@ and make sure everybody gets swift replies
• You do the VAT preparation & monthly/yearly closure preparation
• You will assist in audit preparations
